Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSEs) credential is the premier credential for professionals who can successfully plan, design and implement network infrastructure, Active Directory-based infrastructure, and client deployment on the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 platform. They also perform maintenance at a high level for medium to large-sized Windows Server 2003-based environments.
IT Professionals who analyze the business requirements and design, plan, and implement, the infrastructure for business solutions based on the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 System integrated software. MCSE candidates should have at least one year of experience planning, implementing, and analyzing business solutions with Microsoft products and technologies.
Together with the Microsoft core exams, the Microsoft elective exams provide a valid and reliable measure of technical proficiency and expertise in solution design and implementation.

MCSE candidates should also have at least one year of experience implementing and administering network operating systems and desktop operating systems.
