1. Interview with Principle

Each learner is interviewed by the principle or coach/mentor and a student profile is completed. This helps us in knowing the learner better and supporting him/her where required.

Our drop-out rate is therefore kept at a minimum and a 100% intake rate can be kept.

Only under extreme circumstances when the matter is out of our hands will we not meet this target.

2. IT Experience Assessment

We would complete a pre-assessment test and look at prior experience before enrolling a learner.

3. Bridging Course

We will review a bridging course if required to help a learner in being able to attend the required course.

4. Course Curriculum

During our orientation, we will give each learner a student handbook and explain the rules of assessment. It’s important they understand the importance of the assessment process and the value it adds to their lives.

5. MENTORING, COACHING, SELF DEVELOPMENT

Here the coach/mentor assists the learner with the life skills needed to be employable or focus on key points to help the employee be a more productive worker if already employed.

6. Practical Experience

Our classroom teaching environment focuses on examples that builds the learner for the classroom environment as well as the working environment.

7. DEVELOPMENT OF INTERVIEW SKILLS

Here the coach/mentor assists the learner with the life skills needed to be employable or focus on key points to help the employee be a more productive worker if already employed.

8. Job Placement

This is a service we offer our learners as we believe in each one of them. We make it our goal to help them be employable. We have a database of clients who recruit our students. For learners that are already employed, we help them see the value of growing the company that has employed them. We make them realise that it’s important for them to become an asset to the company.

9. Graduation

We believe in celebrating the success with our learners. This is included in our package.
